PT Jatim Logam, a company engaged in the production of gabion wire, faces challenges due to difficulties in finding relevant tenders on more than 600 LPSE (Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik) websites. In addition, the search process is also slowed down by inadequate and less than ideal tender data search and filter features.
On the other hand, clients face difficulties in monitoring employee performance and productivity in searching and evaluating project tenders. Recording of evaluated tenders is still done on spreadsheets.

The first obstacle faced by PT Jatim Logam is the difficulty in searching for tenders on various LPSE websites. The solution we developed is to create a website that integrates all tender data from more than 600 LPSE websites in Indonesia. This solution is also equipped with an auto-synchronization feature for data and tender status so that the tender projects displayed are always the latest.

Previously, monitoring of employee activities was carried out without any track record recording.
