The Challenges

Our client encounters significant difficulties when searching for tenders due to the fragmented nature of goverment LPSE (Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik) tender websites. Each government entity, region, and institution often have its own website with different tender contents, with a total of about 600+ websites. This lack of centralized data means that our client must manually search each website, risking the possibility of missing out on potential tenders which is very time consuming.

Since the LPSE tender websites are scattered, employees must manually record potential tenders and notes for those tenders in spreadsheets. This manual process makes it challenging for our client to monitor employee performance effectively.

Additionally, the search functionalities on these LPSE tender websites are very basic. Our client needs more comprehensive and robust search options for more advanced tender targeting.

Every day, we struggle to find tender projects. The search process is incredibly complicated and not easy at all. There are so 600+ government LPSE tender websites that we have to go through each one individually. Then, we have to MANUALLY record the potential tenders and make manual notes. The data is not centralized in one place. I also find it difficult to track my employees' performance and see who is diligently searching for potential tenders. All of this makes me extremely frustrated and stressed.

The system will also allow the users to bookmark and leave notes for potential LPSE tenders. The client can also track the employee performance through a comprehensive employee performance tracker to enchance workflow efficiency within the company.
